Location: & Dates: Arkansas Valley Digital Imaging Gallery, 317 East Main Street, Buena Vista, CO. - Nov. 20-Dec.28, 2020. AVDI will set up display tables in their gallery for 12 artists who can display their art for sale. . AVDI is looking for small to medium sized gift items that can easily be displayed and are priced in various ranges. Media: Fiber, glass, jewelry, ceramic, wood, mixed media, etc. There is no room for wall art, though cards or notecards are acceptable This is a juried event and artists do not need to be present to sell their work. We cannot have artists present all of the time due to social distancing guidelines. AVDI will handle all sales transactions. There is no fee for table space but the commission split is the same as the Chaffee Arts Wall: 60% for artists, 30% for AVDI, 10% for Chaffee Arts. Payments to artists will be mailed no later than January 5th. Tear down is Dec. 29 by appointment. The tables will be provided but individual displays (busts, racks, etc.) must be provided by the artists. All artists will set up their own art (by appointment on Nov. 18) and all items must be marked with price tags and an inventory sheet, with contact information and a mailing address must be provided to AVDI. What you should do: If you are interested, please email 5 photos to sarah@whitewaterphotography.com that are representative of the work that you would like to display. The deadline for submissions is October 15th. You will be notified of our decision by October 31st. Space is limited! Your 2020 dues to Chaffee Arts must be paid to participate - if you are unsure if your dues are up to date, contact chaffeearts@gmail.com.
