After earning a Masters in Theatre Directing and Set Design Lynn worked in the commercial art field using different mediums and designing set pieces, interactive displays, and 2D caricatures. She earned the Denver Teacher of the Year Award in 1993. While teaching at Foothills Academy in Wheatridge, Colorado for grades 7-12 she earned Best Teacher of the Year in 2003. She also won a Fulbright Teaching Award which involved 3 weeks travel to Japan for teaching method and culture immersion. Lynn tied many different mediums which she uses in her own art creations. She has produced several “Series” where she explores a theme or medium with the underlying technique of painted surfaces. Lynn continues to explore different mediums and themes now that she is free to explore her creative vision.
