Joe Lothamer to exhibit at BV Public Library in November

Come to see the work of local artist, Joe Lothamer, who will be exhibiting at the Buena Vista Public Library for the month of November. In addition, there will be a reception on Friday, November 8 from 4-6 pm with refreshments and open to the public.
