Judy Sprague Wins Award at Westcliffe Art Exhibition

Judy Sprague, Chaffee Arts member and Poncha Springs artist, won FIRST PLACE for PEOPLES CHOICE for her pastel painting "Waiting to Dance" at Westcliffe, Colorado's Third Street Gallery's "Shades of Summer" art exhibition. This exhibition will run through the end of August.
